How a project runs
Four stages, start to finish. Your first draft arrives within 30 days of your signed agreement and deposit.
Brief
You fill out our questionnaire and sign the agreement, so we understand your brand, your audience, and what the song needs to do before we write a single note.
Compose
We write and produce your song from a blank page — nothing pulled from a loop library or a jingle template. Your first draft is delivered within 30 days.
Refine
You get three full rounds of revisions to shape the song until it's right. Still not quite there after that? We'll hop on a free consultation call to make sure we understand exactly what to fix.
Deliver
Once you approve the song, you receive the full track, a 7–15 second jingle version, and an instrumental — in whatever formats you need (WAV, MP3, stems, and more).

The composer behind Audio Logo
JaeCei
Jonathan "JaeCei" Carr is the grandson of legendary blues singer James Carr, born just south of Chicago in Kankakee, Illinois. Fifteen-plus years as a lead keyboardist for Chicago churches and artists led him to support FOX's American Idol auditions alongside Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, and Katy Perry — the moment that pushed him to pursue music full-time.
He went on to run the top recording studio in his hometown, producing early work for then-rising DefJam artist 3800 Drippyy. In April 2022, JaeCei moved from Kankakee to Los Angeles with nothing but the drive to give it a shot — and within a month was working alongside Grammy-winning artists, songwriters, and producers behind records for Babyface, Chris Brown, Kehlani, and more.
He now lives in the DC area with his wife, Lanae, working full-time as an audio technician while continuing his work as a producer and artist — and every Audio Logo project runs through his hands.

The most common things people ask before starting a project.
What's included in a project?
Every project includes one full song (1–3 minutes), a short jingle/snippet version (7–15 seconds), and an instrumental version — all written and produced specifically for your brief.
How much does a project cost?
We offer two options. Full Composition — we write both the music and lyrics — is $2,500, with a $850 deposit due at signing. Music Only — you bring your own finished lyrics and we compose the music around them — is $1,500, with a $500 deposit. Either way, you get the same complete package.
I already have lyrics — can you just write the music?
Yes — that's our Music Only option. You provide finished, ready-to-record lyrics as part of your brief, and we compose and produce original music around them for $1,500 ($500 deposit), instead of the full $2,500 composition fee.
How long does it take?
Your first draft is delivered within 30 days of your signed agreement and deposit. Final delivery follows shortly after you approve the song or complete the revision process.
How many revisions do I get?
Three full rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost. A full revision means meaningful changes based on your feedback — melody, lyrics, structure, tempo, instrumentation, or overall feel.
What if I'm still not happy after three revisions?
We'll schedule a free 30-minute consultation call to talk through your feedback in detail — it helps us understand exactly what isn't landing and why. If you're still not satisfied after that call, you can choose to either forfeit rights to the song in exchange for a refund ($350 for Full Composition, $200 for Music Only), or continue working with us on additional revisions at $150 each.
Who owns the song once it's finished?
Audio Logo retains copyright and ownership of the composition and recording. Once your project is paid in full, you receive an exclusive, perpetual license to use it however you'd like — advertising, social media, events, and more.
Can I use the song anywhere I want?
Yes. Once your project is fully paid, your license is exclusive — we won't license or sell the same song to anyone else, and you can use it across any platform or medium your business needs.
Do you write lyrics too?
With our Full Composition option, yes — we write the lyrics as part of the song, based on the message, tone, and keywords you share in your questionnaire. If you'd rather write your own, our Music Only option lets you provide finished lyrics and we compose the music around them.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Any business that could benefit from real music — retail, restaurants, healthcare, schools, nonprofits, startups, and everything in between. If you've got a brand, we want to give it a sound.
